Leukemia is the rapid production of abnormal white blood cells that consequently affects and damages bone marrow. The overproduction immature leads to damage immune system due reduced red platelets by marrow body. This hematological malignancy generally diagnosed manual methods such as complete count (CBC), aspiration, or microscopic examination smear. Nevertheless, leukemia diagnosis are economical but found be less reliable, time-consuming, hectic. Technological advancement in medical field has effectively addressed these issues past. problems detection have been overcome development automated using computer-aided diagnostic (CAD) systems for efficient reliable diagnosis. Since last decade, multiple approaches proposed CAD regarding pre-processing, segmentation, feature extraction, selection, improvement classification accuracy detection. paper presents a comprehensive review various types leukemia. presented here entails details analyses their methodologies terms efficiency extraction overall system.
